Fulfillment Method
All physical products are custom-printed on demand and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners (such as Printify).
Shipping Locations
Domestic shipping: Canada
International shipping: Available worldwide, except where restricted by carriers or international regulations.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, and destination:
Canada: typically 2–7 business days after fulfillment
United States: typically 2–5 business days after fulfillment
International: typically 10–30 business days
Please note that production time (printing and preparation) usually takes 2–5 business days and is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Shipping method selected
All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
1. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Our products are printed and shipped through trusted third-party partners (such as Printify).
Return shipping costs, when applicable, are covered by us for approved defective or misprinted items. We do not require customers to return damaged or incorrect items unless otherwise instructed.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests if:
The item arrives damaged or defective.
There is a printing error or the wrong product was shipped.
To process your request:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Once approved, we’ll replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method.
⚠️ We cannot offer refunds for:
Wrong size ordered by the customer.
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Normal wear and tear.
Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks)
All ebook purchases are final.
Because ebooks are delivered digitally, we cannot issue refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you have technical issues downloading your ebook, contact us at 📩 info@mtchrist.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
3. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
We will process it within 5–10 business days.
The funds will be returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If a replacement is needed for an approved claim (e.g., damage or misprint), we will send a new item at no additional cost.
